16 CFR Part 1221 Safety Standard for Play Yards 游戲圍欄安全測試 - 不適用于木結構
Clause			Test Requirement
Additional Charge			5.7 Tests for toy accessories (in accordance with ASTM F963) 關于玩具配件的測試（依照ASTM F963）
			5.5 Flammability test (16 CFR 1500.44)
			5.4 Lead In Surface Coating 油漆中鉛含量 (16 CFR 1303)
			7.6.1.1 Fabric strength - tensile strength(ASTM D5034)?(Mesh no need test for tensile strength)
			7.6.1.2 Fabric strength - tear strength(ASTM D1424)?(Mesh no need test for tear strength)
			7.7.2 Mesh/Fabric seam strength(ASTM D1683)
Sample required: min. 1 set of completed products with assembly instruction (if applicable) is recommended. 1 more set required for toxicity/flammability test.
樣品要求: 至少全套樣品1套并包括安裝說明書(如適用). 如需做有毒元素/燃燒測試需要加送一套樣品.
Turnaround time: normal (7 working days). If toys need to be tested, TAT will be 7-9 working days.
所需時間: 標準(7個工作天). 如須進行玩具測試，TAT為7-9天
Note: 1. If there have toy accessories with the unit, the testing prices for them should be figured in. Because the prices lies on toys' types，material and so on，they will be determined by Technical Team. 如產品攜帶玩具配件的話，則需將其價格考慮進去。由于測試價格取決于玩具類型及物料等,需由技術組確定。 2 Fabric materials or seams used for/in sides, ends, or floor support,excluding mesh shall be tested for strength 底部及側邊上的布料及線縫需做強度測試，網布除外。
