Note: Clothing shall meet all the applicable general requirements of EN ISO 13688, additional samples will be needed.

Other 其他信息:

根據歐盟委員會的的決定，將修訂協調標準清單并于2013年9月30日結束推定符合舊標準EN471:2003+ A1。

自2013年10月1日起，不管任何其他提到的有效期，所有根據EN471測試的安全反光服的EEC類檢驗證書將視為無效。2013年10月1日起，所有的安全反光服在投放市場前應符合統一的EN ISO20471:2013標準。

重大變更如下所列：

清洗周期過后應滿足顏色和亮度的要求

耐汗漬色牢度沾色的染色要求將從三級改為Zui低四級

編織材料的拉伸強度的要求更改為Zui低100牛

針織材料的破裂強度要求改為至少100千帕（50平方厘米的測試面積）和Zui低200千帕（7.3平方厘米的測試面積）

單層或多層服裝的物理性能測試，Ret不能大于5平方米帕/瓦特。如果Ret超過5平方米帕/ 瓦特，Rct（符合ISO11092）必須測量并應確定imt ≥0.15

反光材料的各項性能級別沒有區分 - 要求與EN471的2級一樣
